SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations

Happily Ever Custom currently ships to Canada and USA locations and we will be expanding and updating our country list as our business grows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are looking to work on it as we go. Our current standard shipping is free unless otherwise is a customized order and the buyer requested to change to an expedited shipping service with tracking.

Free standard shipping is offered to provide our customers with affordable goods while understanding that there is a worldwide delivery backlog and supply delay due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

Please note that freight prices of expedited orders depend on your destination and in accordance with the raise in market rate of fuel.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days, starting from the following day after the order was placed. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you by email. Please note, we regularly ship expedited packages and items from Monday through Friday 9-5 PM Easter Standard Time. This excludes weekends and major holidays for both Canada and USA holidays. Note that custom orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours once production has started and production time will take 1 to 2 weeks.  Orders are also shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-6 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA & Canada (varies from product to product).

Domestic Shipping (Canada) and USA Shipping

For a faster shipping option on custom orders, we use an expedited service that takes approximately 3-7 business days to arrive for Domestic Shipping and 10-15 business days for USA Locations to arrive from the ship date. Express service times may also vary for items that are shipped as ordered and may not be available for all products depending on stock availability. Please allow for at least one day for the tracking to be updated with the first scan after the order ships. 

Customs, Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs 

Happily Ever Custom is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT (value added tax) or brokerage fees on products that are shipped. These charges are set by your country or jurisdictions. We are not able to influence or control the rates of customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or brokerage fees at which you are charged. We suggest you contact your country’s or jurisdiction’s customs office if you are concerned about the charges that may be levied on your shipped item(s). Again, Happily Ever Custom does not set these charges or rates, nor do we have control over them. Purchasers are responsible for such charges. 

Terms and Condition for Ordering / Shipping Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, Happily Ever Custom will send two emails with confirmations. The order confirmation email is sent first and the shipping confirmation email is sent subsequently. Please ensure to check each email to confirm that all information has been entered correctly at checkout. (Check your spam folder if you can’t find it.) Please note that the shipping address is taken from Paypal or from the inserted input information on the purchase order link. If your shipping address is different from the billing address, please specify at checkout. The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method of address once the order is shipped.

If you notice any mistakes, please email info@shopconnextion.com right away so we can make our best attempt to correct this issue for you. We can only correct errors prior to shipments. If the error is not caught prior to shipment, Happily Ever Custom reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee(s) and also offer optional shipping insurance on reshipped items due to unforeseeable circumstances including errors and damages made by logistics companies used. Damages are beyond our control and fall on the logistics companies. We strongly encourage requesting optional shipping insurance on delegate items shipped. Our team will try our best to package the shipment accordingly from the purchase order. 

COVID-19 Notice

Due to high volume and measures to keep their people and communities safe, Canada Post, UPS, USPS,FEDEX, DHL and some other shipping providers are experiencing delivery delays across the globe from COVID-19 related issues. Please be patient as our shipping providers are making their best efforts to get your package sent on time. 

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT IT SEEMS TO BE DELAYED.

Canada Post, USPS, FEDEX, DHL, and other shipping providers are receiving and distributing even more mail than normal, and they’ve taken precautions to keep their employees and communities secure. This is causing delivery delays all over the world. Keep an eye on your tracking information to see how far your order has progressed. 

MY ORDER IS TAKING TOO LONG TO BE SHIPPED.

We are restricting the number of people employed at any given time because of the COVID-19 constraints in our production centers. As a result, we’re having some issues getting the product ready to ship in a timely manner. We value your patience and will try our best to get you your products as soon as we can.
